Trailmap and Directions
Chalk Ridge Falls Park is located in the town of Leander, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of Austin. To get there, take exit 259 off of I-35 and head west on FM2243 for about 3 miles. The park will be on your right.
Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to the trailhead. The trail to the falls is about 1 mile long and is considered moderate in difficulty. Allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos along the way!
When you reach the falls, you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful view of the waterfall as it cascades down over the limestone rocks. Be sure to stay on the designated trails and respect any posted signs, as the area around the waterfall can be slippery and dangerous.
